The pictures sort of loaded backwards (sorry). From bottom to top you can see the tree with all their gifts from Santa waiting. Then you see the sleepy head princess' awake and ready! One of Maddie's favorite Santa gifts was her snuggie (she is always cold and wrapped in a blanket). Grace loved everything but was sporting her Justice bag and entertaining us with her new keyboard and microphone. (we've heard lots of Taylor Swift this morning)!
After Santa gifts it was outside for some fun before the snow melted off. Maddie ran right out and laid down to make a snow angel (as if she had done that a million times before). Zeke and Maggy even joined in our fun!!! Zeke was thrilled to see snow; he went crazy for a bit! Several snow ball fights later and cold noses and hands we all headed back in for fun with our new toys!!!
Grace said "well, I owe Sarah a quarter...we made a bet that I would pay her a quarter if I got gifts." (she was sure that because she had gotten in trouble a few times during the past few days she wouldn't get any gifts).
It's only 3:00 on Christmas Day and I believe we've opened and played with literally every single item they got......whew, I'm tired! (and Keith has slept through it all....he was up this morning to see them when they woke to find their gifts).
